FFwD - Cheesy Creme Brulee
This week's French Fridays with Dorie recipe is Cheesy Creme Brulee. To me, it tasted like a very small crustless quiche. This translates to - it tasted fine, but I can't really see the point.I used gorgonzola in the base of my brulee, as that was the only block cheese I had. For topping, I used pre-grated cheddar.There's not much else to say about this, I'm afraid.
