WWDH - Asparagus Tarts
This week, for Wednesday with Donna Hay, Kayte chose Asparagus Tarts from Modern Classics Book I. These tarts are as simple as can be - take a rectangle of puff pastry, top with trimmed asparagus and grated parmesan cheese, bake for 25 minutes or so and et voila - tarts!These were easy and tasty - and perfect for Easter.
