BWJ - Baked Yoghurt Tart

This week's Baking with Julia assignment is Baked Yoghurt Tart, being a continental European-style tart based on non-fat yoghurt and topped with berries or fruit (I chose blueberries). 

This tart was easy enough to make - a flaky pastry dough, baked into a tartshell, and filled with the yoghurt-based filling and topped with fruit.  It tasted like a light cheesecake.

I liked this tart, but I didn't love it.  I think I'd prefer a cheesecake for something of a similar type, but this does have the advantage of being lower fat.
